This has to be 5 year old, stale news...
On Windows XP, I right clicked on my Audio folder, Sharing and Security, Share this folder on the network.
I've done this so I can play music through my Xbox.
Anyway, in File Manager, it also shows on my tablet.
If I click a song, it will even play it.
Finding something new like this always has me in smiles.
So yeah, I also have a shared Video folder as well.
The thing is, there's no way for me to tell Mplayer to open one of the vids.
I get an Unable to recognize the type of file and it asks for me to search for the app to open it with.
When I choose Mplayer, it launches the app but forgets that I wanted to play the video.
Any trick to this?
