Does anybody have this file to complete my N9 firmware flash?

DFL61_HARMATTAN_40.2012.13-7.NORTHERNEUROPE_EMMC_NORTHERNEUROPE.bin

I got the ARM-file in this site https://silma.tk/soft/ but failed to get EMMC-file.

Or is there any other solution to my problem?
