Yes OTA should be fine, but I've not really tested it myself.

Make sure you have the OBS repo enabled under `ssu lr`
http://repo.merproject.org/obs/nemo:...atest_armv7hl/

then do:
ssu release 2.2.0.29
zypper ref -f
version --dup
sync
reboot
