Problem finally solved.
After 3 years i discovered that there is no need to shut down Nokia 770, every time i place cover on,
as n770 can be on exactly as iPod touch.
So just let n770 to reboot os2008he 10 or 20 times and wait 1 min not touching it.
Finally you get it stop rebooting and place a cover on it, keeping it on in power saving, LCD off mode but no more rebooting.
You must disconnect wifi as placing cover keeps old wifi connection on and wifi is on, draining your battery.
But no more reboots but you must keep it recharged daily.
