Actually I find N950 disassembly is not that difficult. It's quite straight forward, unlike a lot phones nowadays using glue which is a PITA... I highly doubt if anyone can find a screen replacement, that screen (854x480, 4.0 inch TFT) is not been used on any other modules nor Lumias on the market. Unlike certain parts such as sim slot can be replaced using N8's spare parts.
