I have alot of dvds that I would like to rip onto my n810, previously I would use "unprotect and rip" to rip the movie file then the nokia converter.
My problem is that the software I used to rip the movies was a trial and I did not know what format to rip them to before the conversion.
So how do you get films onto your tablet.

P.S Im using a n810.

Assuming you are using Windoze, you can use the free DVDFab HD Decrypter to "unprotect and rip" the movie from DVD to hard disk.

Someone has written a plugin for ITVC to do this:

I use AnyDVD (www.slysoft.com cost $), AutoGK (free), and ITVC to get movies onto my tablet.

The great thing about AnyDVD is that you don't have to copy the disc. AutoGK will read the files directly off the DVD, and that significantly reduces the amount of hard drive space you need.

Have you considered asking the author of the code maybe?
