I tried to find info on controlling a mobile phone via bluetooth with the Nokia 770, to no avail...

What I would like, is to be able to use the 770 as the smart part of the phone + 770 duo, and the phone, well, just as a phone.
So I would like to have my phonenumbers on the 770, be able to select a number somehow, then get the 770 to tell the phone to dial the number.
Same for SMS writing - write them on the 770, send them throught the phone...

Is there any way to make the above happen?

check the maemo catalog for 2006 and wip. it's out there, i promise.

I had quite an extensive look at both the regular and wip page for maemo 2006 apps, but couldn't find it. Could you or anyone else be more specific (name etc)?

Look for something like 'gnokii'.

it's called phonelink and it was in Wip for 2005, which i didn't look through...
