I'm posting this here since I'm a bit confused where should I post this question.
Could someone point me to usable direction with bandwidth control on OS2007HE?
I need it for controlling bittorrent downloads/uploads started with aria2c downloader. Yes - this downloader has it's own mechanism for that but I need to do it "live".
For example - I'd like to run script that checks avaliablity of other specific devices (IP) in my network and only when no other device is using my network - putting aria2c downloader to "full throttle" - in other case - it would give aria2c the lowest priority.

(Yes - I use QOS on my router but it's insufficient for my use).
