Punctuation is important.

Do you think that it is possible that there may be a typo in the setup of one of the catalogues? These are the basic ones you need (the others will be set up already by Maemo) - what are the settings of the maemo.org catalogue? Sometimes just disabling the catalogue, restarting the device and then re-enabling the catalogue can clear glitches - aka "Have you tried turning it off and on again?"

Catalogue name: Extras
Web adress: http://repository.maemo.org/extras/
Distribution: fremantle
Components: free non-free

Catalogue name: Ovi
Web adress: https://downloads.maemo.nokia.com/fremantle/ovi
Distribution: ./

If you're running PR1.2, Extras should have "Distribution: fremantle-1.2", and Ovi should have "fremantle1.2" in the URL.

Oops. When did that happen? I take it that these catalogues are no longer mapped manually. In that case, rindhunter, just disable the catalogue titled extras (maemo.org one does the same job).

Okay. No idea what that means.

Did you try the last suggestion?
