if you restored the backup and everything else showed up fine just go to the app-manager and click on the bar (where it says "Application-Manager"). there should be a new button under "program repositories" which says "restore programs". tap on that.

it's quite annoying that you have to download all programs once again but they aren't lost at least.
(be sure to have a wlan connection with flatrate *smile*)
Yes this is what happened for me - I was quite pleased

Thanks for you answers.
From now I won't use NSU to update, and I won't have to install all apps.
