I have a Touch Pro2 gaining dust but came across this. I knew about the Ubuntu project but not that voice and SMS were now working within it. What do you think of it?

It also dual boots Android 2.1 and Win Mo 6.5

With Windows 7 RDP its pretty nifty.

Is the n900 still the only linux handheld mobile as is often touted on here?

Interesting information, just put my Touch Pro 2 on ebay because I *finally* decided to keep the N900. Amazing to see what they got running on it. The TP2 is a really nice device, it just lacks of processing power and a decent OS - even Windows Mobile 6.5 was rather disappointing.

Touch Pro2 now has a resistive screen with pseudo multitouch. I wonder how difficult this is to port to the n900.
