I would do a full backup to SD card or to a PC and then reflash both the Vanilla and EMMC images to clean the phone.
Instructions here http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_firmware
Once that is done before restoring everything make a phone call.
If that works do your restore. If it doesn't you have some hardware problem.
As you don't say if skype works over WiFi or GSM, can't say if you have a GSM transmiter problem or not.

I have since 2-3 days the issue that I can't hear any sound anymore when I call someone (Or get a call). Also the microphone doesn't works when I make a normal GSM call. Enabling the loudspeaker doesn't fix the issue also.
I Installed no apps anymore since 2 weeks, the problem appeared without any reason over night.
Voip (For example Skype) is working just fine! So has someone a idea how to fix this issue or debug it?
