Thank you Saturn but I found a better way.
Settings->phone
tap on: home network data counter
mark: enable transfer warning
set your mb limit.
It's better way because Personal Dataplan Monitor simply use n900 data counters (it's a gui of its!).

i need it because my mobile company offer me 50mb free of charge by day (over it, cost is very expensive!!) and at home I surf on internet using my wifi connection. so I don't know exactly how many bytes come from my umts connection.
