OK, basically in my eagerness to explore/personalise/expand the capabilities of my device it ended up becoming a tad abill -ish (full of crap lol) and running slow. So I've done a back up and reflashed the OS with 20.2010.36-2.203.1 (UK), but not done the EMMC Vanilla flash. I've then installed rootsh and Filebox and all relevant Catalogues.

So now I would like to know what other basic (fundamental?) progs/apps I should install just to set it up as a platform for starting off adding my own preferences. And is there any particular order to install things, such as wget etc.?

Please be aware I'm totally new to the Linux environment - only had my 900's a few weeks - although I am trying to learn more.
One thing I've already learned is not to load apps just because they look or sound 'nice'.... tit

And I have searched but couldn't find any relevant answers... maybe this thread could become a future guide to others in a similar situation...
