my n900 is not starting after uninstalling linux kernel, i just unistalled it in app manager. i tried to reflash but it didnt work , its not showing any usb icon (right top) on screen. plz help me....

Application manager is not the way to uninstall it.
Flash it using these instructions http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_tablet_firmware
Switch the phone off, press U on the keyboard and connect it to the USB.
