Sometimes, I would like to share pictures to both Facebook and Twitter at the same time but the only way for me to do that currently is to share to Facebook, copy the caption and then click share to Twitter, paster the caption. It's a bit of a double work. Is there a way to "mark" both services together and do it just once?

The closest solution were pixelpipe but I think it's not defunct and no longer works.
