I had a short post about the how, but essentially after sending in my failing N900 to Nokia Care twice, I was rewarded with a new N900 (and shocked I didn't get the N8 or E7!).

I just verified with Nokia that it is a new phone with warranty, USA, not locked to any provider, still wrapped up from Nokia.

So, with that being said, I have all the original parts plus some extras, here is what you get:

New Nokia N900 - still wrapped and unmolested
Extra battery cover, and stylus (I got new ones so my old ones are still here!)
OEM Nokia Battery, and 2 Japod 1350mAh batteries
Original case with AV cord, USB, headphones, etc etc

HTC Leather Belt case (fits the N900 perfectly)
