OS2007 cannot use bluetooth headsets defaultly.

how about OS2008? We still need install other applications to make it work?

I want to buy a nokia bluetooth headset, such as BH200 or BH800 or BH300

If you look in the forums here, there's a hack to enable bluetooth audio already available, but not useful since it consumes alot of CPU.

It's said that 2008 will support it. Trying to enable bluetooth for VoIP was one of the first things i did (i have Bluespoon, it's very nice but no noise cancellation).

Works for me - N810 and Kyocera BT Stereo, no mods needed.
I just plugged in the micro/miniSD card from my RAZR, paired the Kyo's, listened to my 2GB music collection.

I thought that A2DP was not natively supported in OS 2008. I installed OS 2008 on N800, paired Motorola HS9 (BT stereo), and that did not work at all with Media Player.

thanks for your advice. you say "there's a hack to enable bluetooth audio already available", is it "A2DP"?

but, I think common nokia bluetooth headsets don't support A2DP? and , I has installed a2dp in my n800, but cannot work with BH200.

I'm not familiar with audio device and software. Sorry. Is there any method to let n800 support HSP or HFP?

I paired my Motorolla BT headphones to my 810 with no problem. Streamed music and all system sounds (including key clicks) just fine - however it was mono only. Have not tested my other two headsets for voip calls yet. but I bet they will work.

Yes, I saw that n810 has supported headset profile (HSP)
