Other than no support for the LCD, wifi, or bluetooth it should work just fine 
.
Usually the kernel is not too hard when porting to new platforms, it is the device drivers that are tedious.

There isnt a port for nokias exact chipset, but perhaps this one would work. Anyone tried bsd on it?
