This topic just to make people aware that an internet table/mobile computer cannot fail in the homepage of w3c consortium. They ARE the WEB. They ARE the standards. But with microB their menus on the left don't work!
This in my opinion is not a good thing.

There's many website that dont function fully on some of the browsers out there. It's not somehing unique to microB on the 900.

On the whole MicB performs very well indeed.

if you use the crossed out cursor tool, they work

Can you please explain me why? Which is the difference between using the pointer and the finger/stylus?

not really in detail, but these type of javascript drop down or otherwise scripted up menus listen for specific mouse-type events to perform actions.

a touch screen interface sometimes cannot very effectively use these type menus because there is no constant mouse position read and no mouse hover read, mouse up read, etc.

luckily, maemo implements these cursor modes so you can replicate mouse functionality on a browser
