I noted with interest that Advanced Power now says that it provides a wrapper for Powerlaunch. I had tried installing Powerlaunch long ago - the idea that I could control Media Player via hardware keys while the screen was locked was enticing - but quickly discovered that configuring it was farrrrrrrrr beyond the ability of this inexperienced Linux user.

So, that said, has anyone experimented with Powerlaunch via Advanced Power? Does it provide a menu-based system for configuring? I wasn't quite sure how that would work. I have Advanced Power installed, but not Powerlaunch - I assume if I wanted to have that integration I'd have to install Powerlaunch and then reinstall Advanced Power. Does anyone who's tried it have any thoughts on whether it would be worth it? I'm primarily looking to allow for the hardware keys to be unlocked when the device is in softpoweroff mode.

Oh, and I might add, this is on an N800 running Diablo.
