Happens to me many times. Have the touch screen properly locked (double press power). Put the phone in my pocket and there it slides open and the phone is automatically unlocked.

How to disable the automatic unlocking when the phone slides open?

Run in XTerm application under user "root":

echo "1" > /sys/devices/platform/gpio-switch/slide/disable

He has a magnetic pocket, I think. It is a well-known issue - in pocket with magnet N900 may think you open KBD.

@6sicSIX: slider is reasonable like new. It's just that if the phone is in tight front pocket of my pants it sometimes slides opens when sitting down. It's mechanics, there are no magnets in my pocket.

@egoshin: I will try that. Thanks!

as root:

echo "1" > /sys/devices/platform/gpio-switch/slide/disable

did the job. Thanks egoshin!
