I just purchased Documents to Go Premium Edition, but I noticed that I have the viewer edition installed on my N900. When I input the registration number, it does not work. I assume it's because I have the viewer edition. I read that many people are having issues with registering their DTG, and have tried all the methods(ex. uninstall/reinstall).

Where can I download the "premium version"? When I go to the OVI website, it says that I have downloaded it already. I do not see it anywhere.

Can someone help me out?

your best bet is to mail the socuments to go people.. they will get back to you with the best suggestion.. had a problem with my viewer edition when i upgraded to PR1.3 and theyre advice helped
