i'm pretty sure i seen an app that would measure up to a metre using the camera, (can't vouch for the accuracy) also pretty sure it was called metre, but i cant find it in the repos so i may have dreamed it. :S

I would like to use my n900 to measure cm/inch.
If nobody did I will have to use imagemagick to construct such a picture.
