A few days ago, I was playing NFS, and I feel some lag.

Today I was writing a message and trying to change keyboard to SWYPE and again N( very slow.

I opened a terminal e after a dmesg I see these infos in the image...

What can I do to correct these errors?

Pretty much nothing I guess. Flash memory has inherent defects, which is why there's always ECC to fix it in combination with spare memory blocks. I've had the same (kind) of errors. They went away, I guess because the memory location is overwritten or blocked. I've never had any problems with corrupt files or overall stability. Since PR1.2 I haven't had a reason to reboot other than installing PR1.3 and some apps.
