It's a "W" Warning only that has been covered a few times here.
It's due to expired keys, all should still work fine unless you have other issues.

Setting up swappolube-nogui (0.1.2) ...
cp: cannot stat '/tmp/tuning': No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing swappolube-nogui (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
swappolube-nogui
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
Looks like you have to remove that package also, or for installing it, you have to create /tmp/tuning manually.

Thi looks very similar to the problems I'm having here.

@rfa, that's a bit like saying, "I have the same problem, my car is also broken," when one problem is no oil and the other one is flat tyres.

@benny, your problem is this line:
"3 not fully installed or removed."
In other words, you have a corrupt installation of certain package(s) that the remove script cold not properly remove due to some missing files.
I suggest heeding michaaa62's advice. Create (temporarily) /tmp/tuning (run touch /tmp/tuning) and try again.

You can get a full list of all partially installed packages by running dpkg -l | grep ^pi.

I'd remove the packages causing the issue and reinstall them, myself.
