hi guys i relle need sme help here.I got a new n900 but i cant update it with P.R 1.3.when i go to app manager it shows me a Maemo update for PR 1.3.it even takes me to the install page.but then i get a error saying disk space less.my device has a total storage of 27.21 GB.no memory card.in memory for installable apps i have 1.27GB free nd 27Gb in the 900.i donot have any knowledge abt linux.help please

Your problem is likely to be a lack of rootfs space - see http://wiki.maemo.org/Free_up_rootfs_space

& i also wanted to ask the where are all the apps stored are the stored in the disk space or where the memory slot where songs & videos are stored i am asking because i wasnt to know if i will have a error like not enough space in drive (I DO NOT HAVE A MEMORY CARD).Which is the default place where the apps get stored & is there a way to move them to a place which has maximum memory capacity.......MAny thanks

Songs and videos will usually be stored within /home/user/MyDocs.

You can also increase the software installation space by reflashing the eMMC with a modified image (see http://talk.maemo.org/archive/index.php/t-73050.html) if the 2G default isn't enough.
