I noticed a lot of complaining being done about how the forums looked. I think a lot of the complaints were about the color scheme and such.

So I decided to do something about it.

Below you can find my quick-n-dirty (with barely any changes) alternative design for the forums. Also, (more useful) you can find the PSD file of the forums with everything ripped apart, element-by-element (except the header bar). This should make the creation of a mockup forum design pretty simple. Go have fun with it!

whoops.

Seems I was a little late to the party, since the issue has since been resolved. This could still have some pretty interesting results, though.

Maybe someone out there has an aesthetic eye and can contribute a new forum design everyone will love?

Thanks, though... This is what we were asking for initially.

Your work is appreciated and maybe someone can do something with it!

Thanks!

Hopefully after finals are over in 2 days (college finals suck ), I'll try some interesting stuff with the design.

Quick question: How do you get your images to appear full sized? (so they have the little bar on the top and you can click it and see the bigger version of the image)

To anyone that stumbles across this thread:
I love to do photoshop/image editing stuff, so if you need any help with making an icon, mockups, etc. for your application, just ask and I'll do my best to help!
