Hi
My internet connection stopped working.
So:
1. I need to use ping as sudo (root)
2. sudo ping 4.2.2.2 succeeds, sudo ping 192.168.1.1 (router) too
3. sudo ping google.com tells me: `bad address'
even after several reboots can't use any wifi. It connects, but theres no network access. It only lets me get into router... Any wifi network, any other page doesn't work...
Anybody's got a solution? I'd like to avoid reflashing....

Did you get an IP adress?

Inet addr when you issue "ifconfig wlan0"

This sounds like a dns problem, meaning the network won't work for anyone. You didn't mention whether anything else works on that network.

In my home network: my PC (both on Linux n' Windoze) works well
In my friend's network: His Vaio works well on Wifi

ifconfig wlan0 gives inet addr: 192.168.1.10
EDIT: on a polish forum I've had a tip to add TPSA (my ISP) dns to /etc/resolv.conf. It worked!
But thanks for help after all!
