Guys
I cant download any application from application manager or fap.My internet connection is working fine,I am able to browse the internet and download the stuff from their but I cant download it with app manager Pls help me guys here is my log:-

does the apt-get command work in xterm?

im sure i read a thread about this not so long back when i had an app man fault ill find it now

this i think was the thread, there was also one about a config file for app man having spaces in, sorry im not very technical and i cant find the second thread i will pm you if i find it

hi Rishabsp

i am a noob also but i will try to help u but dont mind if i cannot solve ur problem,

so here it goes,

first i think the packages what are not handeling, there is something fishy about them,

try first a reboot

if that doesnt help

install --reinstall the packages which where not handeling or delete them if u dont need them,

if that doesnt help u

Tried but in vain.anyways thanks,the problem is with downloading not about those apt-worker see the second last line of the log it says 113 no route to host,according to me problem lies here..I m still a noob so I am not sure

have you tried

apt-get clean and apt-get install -f ?

Ya....but it doesn't solve the problem
