I am back Xboxing again - and here is what i did to correct it -
***UPDATE*** now 47 months on and x-clamp fix has just failed....not a bad run

Hmm what applications did you install? seems like it's failed on optification... I think you have deleted your opt folder?

well to tell you the truth i got my n900 last sunday so... i've been very busy installing (also uninstalling) tons of aplications ...

Im gettin an error which says preenv not found 
any specific location i need to put it in???
any specific location i need to put it in???
for several days i tried to install preenv. i used the "sudo gainroot" "apt-get install preenv" method on the X terminal but doesn't seem to work..(I tried searching but seems my problem its very especific...)
