"a friendly interactive shell

Fish is a shell geared towards interactive use. Its features are focused on user friendliness and discoverability. The language syntax is simple but incompatible with other shell languages. "

Packaged this one up. Dunno if it will help anyone (I certainly don't need it , except for my bash scripting which sucks)

You need to install bc (in red pill mode):

And links:

Before installing fish.

I was able to install without going into a reboot loop, but don't blame me if your tablet does. Install bc, links, fish and run "fish" from a terminal.

WARNING: DO NOT symlink fish to /bin/sh or you will for sure go into a reboot loop.

Here is an example on how it's meant to be simpler (pressing tab twice):

Busybox sh:

Nice. I however, am still waiting for a Natural Language User Interface Shell.

karel@grotto > Computer, find pr0n.
karel@grotto > Sorry, Sir. You have had your share for today. How about some nice puppies?
karel@grotto > Screw puppies!
karel@grotto > Sorry, Sir. I am afraid bestiality is out as well.

How is performance and are the resources Fish uses compared to Bash? Bash has tons of features but on an embedded device its a bit ehm.. pardon my French, too bloated.. whereas the BusyBox stuff is too archaic (your ls example is a nice one!)
