Improvise, prepare various lengths of videos and copy them to the card then try viewing them (use the media player controls to jump to various positions in the video to check they're OK).

i use a program called H2testw.exe on my pc at home, it checks that the card or stick is actually the full capacity it reports.
is there anything available for N900?? need to test a 32gb micro sd card "in the field" as it were.
wouldnt imagine it would be too complicated. just write a load of made up files, then verify them.
any thoughts or help appreciated.
