i dont what's wrong with my manager , i haven't done anything with the settings and stuff and it is giving an error while uploading that it is locked by some one and permission denied , i guess it was something like that .
so what's the problem ?

you have the built in app manager or xterm session running which has locked the tools they share, if they seem to be closed then restart the phone.
