I was wondering what it takes to get Meego (or any other Linux for that matter) running on any of those new or future handsets running Android, WP7 or even iOS?

Architecturally these are all ARM based phones with clearly specified hardware components. So what is actually the hurdle for devs to get such a device to boot Meego?

It apparently runs on the HTC HD 2, so why haven't we seen a lot of other devices running it yet?
