complain to the maker of flashlight application? Or are you saying that camera application is not working?
Most likely flashlight application was using a unallowed capability and app was pulled from Ovi Store, as you would need incepted capas to get it working.

and are you sure that your kernel were updated also? Since that happens sometimes that you end up with pr1.2 rootstrap and still have pr1.1 kernel. (fixable by reboot -u).
How do you update? with ota or flasher? and what does uname -a give as output?
If ota update failed and reboot -u doesnt help, then you might have to do full reflash. Or orcourse led might be just broken if you have used 3rd party apps like the flashlight.

first i update my n9 to 1.2 via phone application. ive downloaded flashlight app, because flashlight wasnt work after update.
i tried reboot -u and no results.
