Well the correct codes and their explanations are out.

http://blogs.nokia.com/nseries/2011/...n9-seconds-out

However, they make several errors in the explanations and their proposed solution of the ElGamal code is completely different from what the winner did and also gives the wrong answer.

Looks like standard Nokia-style fail.

WTF!!! Nokia is giving all the people that support them the middle fingers. Nice going Nokia. Not even sure if I'm interested in importing it now.
??

Are you saying that South Africa hasn't been "supporting" Nokia? Nokia still has relatively good market share in South Africa (one reason being that there are no CDMA operators here).

I will probably get an N9 if Vodacom offers it (or consider switching networks ...), if the lack of a hardware keyboard irritates me to much, I think my wife will be happy with it (over the E61 she currently uses) and I'll stick with my N900 a bit longer.

Anyone know how the swipe UI really works on N9/N950?

I mean can apps swipe left/right WITHOUT make it goto home/event/running apps pages?

Only swiping from the edge of the screen goes to the home screens.
Swiping within the boundaries of the screen is handled by the app (e.g. it is in Photos, Facebook, Mail)
And app authors can also choose to temporarily turn edge-swipe off (e.g. games)

it seems that the countdown ends on September 23th. It is the date on which the N9 will be available at some swedish providers like tele2, halebob and tre.

EDIT: Now it also get mentioned at mynokiablog

And I tend to agree...
Wishful thinking, but I hope it's more than that!

No countdown @swipe.nokia.com, damn!
Also tried swipe.nokia.com.au...
But they haven't made a swipe page for Australia.
