I think the last piece of info about the N9 here was confirmation of an FM transmitter/receiver.

As a matter of fact, "Aqua Lene" in the video did fix her boobs
Silicon is a chemical element, the basic stuff of which microchips are made. Silicones are plastics and other materials containing silicon, the most commonly discussed example being silicone breast implants. Less used by the general public is “silica”: an oxide of silicon.

I was really surprised...

I haven't read, nor looked into it more closely, to 100% verify etc.

"there isn't a way for the phone to access the transmitter as the device hasn't got a transmission antenna"

This was known to those who truly care since a while ago already. It's pretty much verified by Nokia employees who have that knowledge.

Well it does not seem so good (unless it's different from the N950).
If I understood correctly, currents findings are that the FM receiver is just not connected to the SOC. Make your own opinion, I (and the OP) may well be wrong too.

I think thery did discuss that in another broadcast so yes they know that everything is not open.

But IMHO they had good points. Stupid to not release it in US/UK.

Ofcourse they "overact" a bit but who doesn't just look att this forum!?

Android is going to be closed up for good, that's for sure. That is the only reason for google to purchase Motorola. Patents and hardware in one single swoop. Great work by Google actually, first spew out "free and open" android to everyone, then purchase 1/3 of mobile IP on the planet + manufacturing hardware, and now close it up by starting a patent war with everybody that doesn't pay premium for this "free and open" OS. A drug dealing mafia couldn't do it better.

Samsung and bada is cool. Nokia and Symbian and Harmattan is cool. Qt is cooool. That is really it. Everything else is boring. Forgot what my point actually was
Not sure about that, Google doesn't win anything on close Android. They need Samsung and HTC, SE.

Its more the Moto patent portfilio they need to fight M$, Nokia and Apple.
