Yes and even for European members who live in countries that apparently don't exist (Malta). I enquired with the local HP autorised distributors regarding the Touchpad and Pre3.

Their reponse:

Unfortunately the items you have requested are not available for us to order.

We tried getting the Pre3 and also touchsmart pc’s.

Same problem for both items.

They aren’t available for us to order.

Again, I apologize on HP’s behalf for any inconvenience this might cause.

What's that about? The only option would be ebay, where everything is going out on bids for much higher prices. Unless things change, I will never be able to try WebOS..which sucks.
