go to settings > language®ion and change the device language to English UK and the regional settings to UK and see if it helps some of the language settings (Arabic Hebrew etc...) causing that behavior

I was gonna chime in and offer some help on this, but I see another thread with WAY more letter "P"s in it so I'm gonna look at that one instead.
