I am currently attempting to clone libhildon-im-vkbrenderer which is the library that does VKB rendering.
I already figured out the interface to libimlayout which is the library that reads and parses the .vkb layout files. I make no promises that I can clone this library as its very complex.

and also, be a sport and give the opportunity to change the language to the three letter-ed buttons on that portait "select contact" function.
I use greek contacts and each button i press, the list goes to the bottom. And my contacts are 380!
