Hi all,

I have a nokia DC-10 charger which unfortunately has a very short cable. In my car the cigarette light port is quite far away from the windscreen hence i am unable to mount the N900.

Is there any way to increase the length of the cable? I was looking for a Microusb B (female) to Usb A (female) adaptor using which i could extend the cable but couldnt find any on the web.

Any pointers?

Try using a plug with for USB cables. Extensions are readily available and then you can use the N900 USB to micro-USB cable:

[cigarette plug -- USB socket] - - - [USB extn cable] - - - [USB to micro-USB cable] - - N900

-that's what I do.
