There is no file browser in developer mode. You have to get one from Nokia store.

Maybe I was dreaming, now upon searching in the store, the one I had looks like the QAD file manager (as in, exactly like that), but I never paid anything (Nokia doesn't have my payment details anyway)...

For an unknown reason, mine disappeared suddenly (I was installing regular files from the store)...
I did try disabling and reenabling dev mode, to no avail.
