Having some problems with a couple of programs.

PyRecipe has a timer function. It works properly, but it doesn't set off an audible alarm. Any idea how to fix this?

Nspeed downloads fine but it doesn't have a desktop file and I'm unsure of what the command is to launch it. Anyone know?

So I found the command for Nspeed, but it doesn't launch fullscreen and the graphics only cover a quarter of the screen. Anyone else have this issue?

Is Nspeed a game? Maybe it uses 400x240 or some other resolution and the n8x0 is unable to change to the mode it needs. Have you tried running wmctrl -r ":ACTIVE:" -b "toggle, fullscreen" to make it fullscreen?

Does pyrecipe show a visual alarm? If not, do you have alarmd enabled?

Pyrecipe does show a visual alarm and yes, alarmd is enabled.n

I'm downloading wmctrl now to try with nspeed. I know I've had this game before but I don 't think I had this issue at the time.

Edit - Here's what I get when using wmctrl on Nspeed:

Fatal signal: Segmentation Fault (SDL Parachute Deployed)
X Error of failed request: BadDrawable (invalid Pixmap or Window parameter)
Major opcode of failed request: 129 (MIT-SHM) Minor opcode of failed request: 3 (X_ShmPutImage)
Resource id in failed request: 0x1c0000c
Serial number of failed request: 60801
Current serial number in output stream: 60804

It's not too important. It is just a game.
