"The password for user cannot be changed."

Also wanted to mention that opensh is returning a "not found" msg.

and on device
$ killall pkgmgrd
$ pkgmgr install-file -f opensh.deb
$ opensh
$ passwd

Yes, there is an easy way. It is just FLASH your N9. After flashing developer mode would be reset. You have to enable it and download dependencies. The password will be default one i.e 'rootme'. Don't forget to take backup using Nokia Link before you flash.
