As soon as porting involves more than some simple adaptations and video or sound parts (SDL, pulseaudio etc) have to be partly rewritten, I just lack the skills for that. And most GP2x/Pandora emulators just need that extra bit of adaptation. But if I happen to come across the code, I will have a look at it.

This emulator plays the new upgraded versions of gradius 2, r-type and salamander which are a massive improvement on the original versions (better colours, faster speed and smooth scrolling.

That is a big coincidence, I was just busy patching Gradius 2. No luck so far, maybe I have to try a different rom.

edit: tried a different rom and now it worked! It is a big improvement for sure.

P.s. if you are emulating the MSX Turbo R, a lot of konami games will see it is a japanese computer and switch from english to the japanse language.
