Unless you have the source code, or you can ask the developer to do it, the answer is no.

Just because the title of the game mentions "rollercoaster" doesn't mean it's a similar game!

Somebody started work on an opensource rollercoaster tycoon engine, but it was written in VB6 so not portable (or fully functioning)
