Ive found using backup can stuff your device sometimes, especially after big changes, IE overclocking

I've got black screen after trying 1.4 GHz. What's the point if having 3.5% lower frequency is doing good enough and no problems with black screens and reboots.
It would make sense if it would be possible to overclock to 1.5 or higher, otherwise not.

YEP! I thinking, that N9 backup make more bad than good.. it restore your problem always , but not your apps or nothing important.

Someone tallented guy could make some working backup app for N9.

BackupMenu would be ideal to port to N9...... I LOVED that app for the N900.

Hmm.. this is odd http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...9&postcount=25
So it is not the Sociality and this problem is somehow linked at the Opptimizer..

Reflash. Do not Restore Backup. Install Opptimizer. Should be fixed.

In what temperatures are your phones? And what is too high temp.? Mine is between 29-34 degrees.. A bit warm from behind when using little harder.

Never faced that with the opptimizer and I've had the very early version. Honestly, the more time I spend using it the more I am certain that 1100mhz is the safest number to leave my N9 at with stock voltage. But hey to each their own.

I don't see above 28 degrees ever. Even when I was overclocked over 1300mhz.

I keep sr on. At the voltage you are at and the mhz, the only problem I encountered was the N9 heated up too quickly. I wasn't comfortable with melting my chipset, so I brought the clock down to 1100mhz at stock voltage and things worked out.

How long have you been using that match up?
