With the N9, how would one set specific contacts always to ring, regardless of ringer setting (even if silent)?
For example, if the phone is used for personal and business and I want it always to ring when colleagues call, but I'm the sort of person who always keeps my phone totally silent (not even vibrate)?

Yes, I share the opinion. There are custom ringtones per contact ( http://maemo.org/packages/package_in...tones/0.1.0-0/ ) but breaking the Silent/Normal systemwide default by recognizing one incoming number is not possible I think.

From the contacts choose your contact then edit then change the Ringtone : Global ringtone to the one you like
