If you're organising by state/territory, you're still missing: ACT, WA, NT, QLD

I'd recommend ditching the states & listing every town/city in alphabetical order.
The search function would work better that way too.

Oh & there isn't any transition effect or launch speed increase.
When I first raised them you seemed receptive to the idea.

If anything is unclear, let me know and I'll clarify.
To know what I meant by "missing data"....
You can see for yourself when you add the cities I used, from the sources I used.

Do you still plan to add a transition effect & speed-up launch?

I'm going to try speed-up launch. But I can't promise to do it.

That's one of the few major issues I see personally.
If you can't for whatever reason that's cool.
Be interesting to hear the back-story though.

Do you still plan to implement a launch transition effect?
(i.e. flash in the feed screen when you launch from there)

You have two variants:

1. To wait a new version on OVI
2. Uninstall old version of MeeCast and install a new version from Apps for Meego

Is it just me, or it's impossible to change the standby screen Meecast logo theme? The app is very nice, although I wouldn't mind a quicker start time. Sometimes I wonder if I even hit the app button because it takes so long to start..

Weird, I installed via apps4meego (testing)...
Yet I received a Nokia Store update notice, & successfully updated that way.
Unless doing that actually caused issues I've raised or not yet noticed.
Just to be safe I uninstalled the updated version (& widget) & rebooted.
Then I reinstalled 0.5.7 via apps4meego, from now on I'll update from there only.
